Buy a Ten-Pack for $100 Dollars and the listing does not expire for six months! You can list another property or properties any time you want until you have used up a unit of 10. Each listing expires six months after it is first created and posted.

Absolutely. Are you ready? What you need to do is to fill our our Owner/Agent Registration Form to join. It's very simple so it shouldn't require anything confusing. But, you SHOULD read our Tutorial on How to List your property before you actually start creating a listing for the first time. For instance, we will recommend that you do some work ahead of time on your computer to put all of the photos together into one easy-to-find folder for uploading to our website.
Not much, actually. Fill out a quick Owner-Agent Registration Form. You may list 3 properties for FREE. No cost. 6-month expiration date. We ask no commission. If by listing here you sell or rent your home, apartment, condo, land, commercial property, or business, and we played a role, please write us an email telling us how it went--is that too much? Simply give us a short testimonial that we will post on www.San-Miguel-de-Allende.com so that other people will feel encouraged to list their own property.
We already figured that is an absolute necessity and you shouldn't have to wait days and days to see the changes or have to send emails requesting all kinds of changes. Or, be charged for it. So, you can log back in at any time day or night and change anything and everything, even swap pictures.

In the interest of each listing loading to a user's browser in a minimum of time we decided to keep FREE listings limited to 10 photos to tell your story. However, for a slight fee, you may add more. But, you will need to notify us by email and make a payment so that we can raise your individual photo limit.
